Twice each year, CALIBR’s membership convenes for leadership development and networking alongside members of the Executive Leadership Council. Membership meetings combine educational, mentoring and social opportunities that further CALIBR’s mission and strengthen the ties between members:
CALIBR Global Executive Forum
CALIBR’s Global Executive Forum is held each fall in conjunction with the ELC Board Meetings and Annual Recognition Gala, as well as the ELC’s Midlevel Manager’s Symposium – generally in either Washington, D.C. or New York City. This coordination enhances members experiences by encouraging interaction between CALIBR membership and the senior executives they hope to succeed.
CALIBR Summer Meeting
CALIBR’s Summer Meeting rotates throughout the country and features the introduction of CALIBR’s incoming membership cohort. The summer meeting is therefore a chance to network with other high-performing individuals, and an opportunity for the new members to start immediately building the relationships that will strengthen and grow CALIBR’s network for years to come.
