CALIBR Global Executive Forum

CALIBR’s Global Executive Forum is held in either Washington, D.C. or New York City. This coordination enhances members experiences by encouraging interaction between CALIBR membership and the senior executives they hope to succeed.

CALIBR Summer Meeting

CALIBR’s Summer Meeting rotates throughout the country and features the introduction of CALIBR’s incoming membership cohort. The summer meeting is therefore a chance to network with other high-performing individuals, and an opportunity for the new members to start immediately building the relationships that will strengthen and grow CALIBR’s network for years to come.

CALIBR Transition Management Program

In partnership with LeadershipMARC Coaching and Gate Lane Corporation, CALIBR offers high-end resume and cover letter writing services and coaching to our members at no cost in order to help transition members to more fulfilling career opportunities. CALIBR Board Training

Service on a corporate board is an important aspect of executive leadership, and CALIBR has partnered with a leading board training consultancy to help position members for the boardroom. Through this partnership, CALIBR members have access to the premier training program covering the nuts and bolts of inclusive and responsive for-profit corporate governance that fosters an inclusive, agile, creative environment. Participants in the training develop and execute a personalized Appointment Action Plan and receive additional coaching and access to opportunities through placement firms to help facilitate board selection. For most, the process begins with non-profit board service as a development opportunity and employee engagement strategy.
